Creating A Bedtime Routine

I can't stress enough how important it is to get sufficient quality sleep, since sleep has always been elusive for me it has been a significant factor in when and how long my hypo-manic episodes would be. When I am unable to sleep it causes me anxiety as I know the day will be more difficult and it lasts for several days I will lose the ability to be relational and have any control over my emotions, which is a big fear I have.
